The PepsiCo Syrup Manufacturer role in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, is a hands-on position in our state-of-the-art beverage production facility. Reporting to production supervisors, you'll play a critical part in quality control and syrup fabrication, ensuring every batch meets PepsiCo's rigorous standards. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.78, flexible shift schedules (day, afternoon, night), and ample overtime potential. To succeed as a PepsiCo Syrup Manufacturer, candidates must hold a high school diploma, professional studies diploma, or equivalent. Key traits include high autonomy with minimal supervision, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with production teams and supervisors. Proficiency in following written procedures, analytical thinking, basic math, and computer use (including Microsoft Office) are essential. Applicants must pass preliminary, ongoing, and final aptitude, knowledge, and software tests with a 70% passing grade, demonstrate reliability and punctuality, and commit to the assigned shift for at least 6 months post-training. Physical fitness to handle 50 lb loads and forklift training completion are required. A successful track record in food manufacturing or quality control is highly valued.
