Role Overview

The Perfect Execution Business Analyst role at PepsiCo in Zaventem, Belgium, is a temporary 8-month position starting March 1, 2026. Key Responsibilities

As Perfect Execution Business Analyst, your core duties include:

• Supporting the Perfect Execution Manager BeLux in developing a sustainable long-term field strategy in partnership with sales leads, DX lead, and external providers (inform, consult, execute).
• Building and maintaining seamless data interfaces between PepsiCo and the external field provider to ensure real-time visibility.
• Creating and managing advanced dashboards and controls for monitoring field execution performance across BeLux channels.
• Continuously challenging and optimizing sales and execution organizational efficiency (inform, consult).
• Translating PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan (PEP AOP) into SMART objectives and targets for the external partner (inform, consult).
• Serving as the central hub between the external partner and PepsiCo's BeLux Perfect Execution organization (execute).
• Collecting essential elements like assortment lists, planograms, and technical data for loading into the partner’s field automation tool (inform, consult, execute).
