Successful Account Executives can advance to Senior Account Executive roles, where they will take on more complex sales opportunities and mentor junior team members. From there, you can progress to Sales Manager positions, leading and developing a team of Account Executives. Other potential career paths include roles in Sales Operations, Account Management, or even leadership positions within the broader Perk commercial organization. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package designed to attract and retain top talent. The salary range for the Account Executive role in Chicago is estimated to be between $75,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition to base salary, you will be eligible for a commission structure that rewards your sales achievements.
