We're seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager at Perk, you'll be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, growth, and margin within your portfolio of long tail accounts (LT) in the Benelux and Nordics markets.
Your day might start with checking in with key accounts, responding to their inquiries, and addressing any immediate concerns. You'll then move on to analyzing account performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to communicating with customers via email, phone, and video conferencing, building rapport, and understanding their evolving needs. You'll also collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product innovation. Your day may also involve delivering presentations, conducting training sessions, and preparing reports for senior management.
