In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) within the Spanish and Portuguese markets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth within existing accounts.
As an Account Manager at Perk, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with SMB clients in Spain and Portugal. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding your customers' business needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring they maximize their usage of the Perk platform. You will be the main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
