Role Overview

As the Director of Field Marketing for North America, you'll be Perk's first demand generation hire in the region, playing a pivotal role in driving regional pipeline and business growth. This is a strategic and broad role, requiring you to develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams. You'll be responsible for achieving ambitious goals and building a best-in-class regional marketing function that helps sales connect with customers and drive demand for Perk's global products. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the North American B2B SaaS market.

A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day activities will be varied and dynamic, encompassing strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership. You'll start by reviewing pipeline performance data, identifying trends, and working with the SDR team to address any gaps. Next, you might collaborate with the European field marketing team to align on global strategies and share best practices. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to planning and executing field marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital programs. You'll also be involved in managing relationships with key customers and partners and tracking campaign performance to optimize ROI. Finally, you will spend time managing and mentoring your team, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
