As the Director of Revenue Initiatives, you'll lead the charge in optimizing our pricing, packaging, and revenue planning. You'll be a key player in RevOps, working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Business Operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive critical initiatives and manage a high-impact team.
Sales leaders have requested centralized support on pricing and packaging, and this role directly addresses that need. You'll provide the structure and guidance to ensure consistent and effective deal strategies. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in refining our revenue capacity modeling, turning it into a practical tool for performance analysis and decision-making.
Your day will be dynamic and involve a mix of strategic planning and tactical execution. Here's a glimpse:
You'll spend approximately 50% of your time on pricing and packaging, 25% on capacity modeling, and 25% on other high-impact revenue initiatives.

The estimated salary range for this role in Barcelona is $140,000 - $220,000 USD per year.
