Are you a seasoned meetings and events professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Perk, the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Events Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our Meetings & Events offering, driving commercial success, and shaping how Perk delivers exceptional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services to a global enterprise client base.
As the Enterprise Events Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Perk's largest and most commercially significant MICE opportunities. From initial RFP (Request for Proposal) through to negotiation and contract sign-off, you will lead the end-to-end coordination of conferences, meetings, incentive programs, group travel, and corporate events for clients across multiple regions and time zones.
This is a high-ownership, commercially driven role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in meetings and events management. You will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to feed the commercial pipeline, helping position Perk Events product capabilities and ensuring we turn opportunities into revenue. Equally important is the client-facing side, where you will act as a senior relationship owner, proactively engaging with enterprise accounts, anticipating their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow spend across Meetings & Events and group travel.
