In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our Meetings & Events offering, driving commercial success, and shaping how Perk delivers exceptional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services to a global enterprise client base.

Role Overview

As the Enterprise Events Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Perk's largest and most commercially significant MICE opportunities. From initial RFP (Request for Proposal) through to negotiation and contract sign-off, you will lead the end-to-end coordination of conferences, meetings, incentive programs, group travel, and corporate events for clients across multiple regions and time zones.

This is a high-ownership, commercially driven role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in meetings and events management. You will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to feed the commercial pipeline, helping position Perk Events product capabilities and ensuring we turn opportunities into revenue. Equally important is the client-facing side, where you will act as a senior relationship owner, proactively engaging with enterprise accounts, anticipating their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow spend across Meetings & Events and group travel.

A Day in the Life

Here’s a glimpse into what your day might look like:

  • Morning: Start your day by reviewing new RFPs and prioritizing responses. You'll then collaborate with the Sales team to discuss strategies for upcoming client meetings. Spend time researching potential venues and suppliers for an upcoming conference in Berlin.
  • Afternoon: Conduct a site inspection at a potential hotel in Barcelona for a client's incentive program. Following the inspection, you’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining the event logistics, budget, and value proposition for the client. You’ll meet with the Account Management team to discuss opportunities for expanding services with existing clients.
  • Evening: Finalize a contract with a key vendor for an upcoming corporate retreat. You'll also respond to client inquiries and provide updates on event planning progress. Before wrapping up, you’ll review event feedback from a recently completed meeting and identify areas for improvement.
