Role Overview

As a Senior Forecasting Manager at Perk, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our analytical forecasting model and capacity plan. Your work will ensure accuracy and scalability, aligning with our business objectives. You will champion operational excellence, providing insights that directly impact customer experience and resource planning, helping us deliver 7-star service while optimizing our operational capacity.

A Day in the Life

• Model Development and Refinement: Leading the development and oversight of forecasting models across all operational channels, regions, and skill sets.
• Innovation: Driving innovation in forecasting methodology and proactively identifying improvements in predictive accuracy.
• Capacity Planning: Owning and evolving the capacity planning process, collaborating with Operations and WFM teams to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Insight Generation: Translating complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for decision-making across departments and leadership levels.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborating with WFM and Product teams to align workforce planning with business automation initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Retrospective Analysis: Leading retrospective analyses to uncover workload trends, facilitating data-backed process improvements.
• Strategic Advisory: Serving as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning team outputs with long-term business objectives.
