As an Implementation Specialist at Perk, you'll play a critical role in onboarding our Premium and Pro customers onto the Perk platform. You will guide new clients from signup to launch, providing administrative, technical, and educational support to ensure they maximize the benefits of our platform. Your expertise will be essential in configuring client accounts to their specific needs and requirements, as well as coordinating and delivering tailored training sessions for administrators, travelers, and other key stakeholders.
This role demands strong project and change management skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities. You'll need to be detail-oriented, creative in finding solutions, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement for both our clients and our internal team. Working collaboratively across multiple teams, both internally and externally, you'll manage key stakeholders and leverage change management principles to drive successful client rollouts and foster long-term success.
