About the Role: Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist at Perk, you will be a key player in ensuring our new Premium and Pro customers have a seamless and successful onboarding experience. You will be the first point of contact for these clients, guiding them through the implementation process and providing the administrative, technical, and educational support they need to maximize their use of the Perk platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to take new customers from signup to launch, ensuring they are fully prepared to use Perk to book their business travel. This involves configuring client accounts to their specific requirements, setting them up to meet their needs, and coordinating and delivering tailored training sessions to Admins, Travelers, and other key stakeholders. You will also provide client-specific recommendations for their rollout, guiding their implementation timeline and internal communications.

This role requires strong project and change management skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. You must be detail-oriented, creative in finding solutions, and proactive in identifying areas where you can improve the client experience and internal team processes. You will work collaboratively with multiple teams, manage key internal and external stakeholders, and use change management techniques to drive successful client rollouts and enable long-term success.
