Role Overview

As a Travel & Spend Implementation Team Lead, you will lead and inspire our Perk Travel & Spend Implementation Team, responsible for successfully onboarding newly signed clients onto the Perk platform. This high-impact role within the Revenue organization directly contributes to ARR growth and enhances customer satisfaction by reducing onboarding time and delivering exceptional service.

We seek a leader who can balance speed with excellence: someone who establishes strong processes, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and aligns the team with Perk's values. You will be responsible for performance across key implementation KPIs, from customer satisfaction to operational efficiency.

A Day in the Life

Here’s a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:

• Morning: Start with a team stand-up to review progress, address roadblocks, and set priorities for the day. Review key implementation metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Mid-day: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to provide feedback, support professional development, and address any challenges. Work on resolving customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Afternoon: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Account Management, to align on customer needs and ensure smooth handoffs. Analyze implementation data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• End of Day: Review progress against key implementation KPIs, such as time to onboard and customer satisfaction scores. Plan for upcoming implementations and ensure the team is prepared to meet customer needs.
