About the Role

As a Lead Solutions Consultant at Perk, you will be a technical expert, driving excellence in sales cycles and serving as a conduit to our product organization. You will lead key pursuits, define best practices, and mentor junior team members. What You’ll Do

Technical Leadership

• Create scalable solutions and provide guidance on solution architecture, including integrations with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Netsuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation, guiding clients through design, integration, and adoption.

Solution Design

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs for Perk’s spend management solution.

Team Mentorship

• Lead the onboarding, coaching, and development of Solutions Consultants.
• Conduct whiteboarding sessions to enhance the team's technical acumen and sales skills.

Enterprise Architecture Expertise

• Maintain knowledge of enterprise IT landscapes, including on-premise vs. cloud ERP, security protocols, and API strategies.
