We’re building a new team within People, and are looking for a People Advisor to manage day-to-day casework across performance, conduct, and policy-related issues. This role executes early flags, probation cases, attendance concerns, policy guidance, and formal PIPs. It is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, providing high-quality support to managers, and ensuring consistent application of Perk people policies across the globe. We are hiring in London, Barcelona, and Chicago or Boston.

What you’ll do:

  • Reinforce leader-led decisions by co-piloting on ER cases with managers on case approach and each step of ER case management.
  • Own day-to-day casework, including Performance management, probation, attendance, behavioural concerns, and policy queries.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain accurate and complete documentation for each case.
  • Provide data insights and highlight trends or early flags to ensure early intervention can be delivered.
  • Ensure efficiency in case management and minimise case timelines from open to resolution as appropriate.
  • Partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases.
