About the Role

We are looking for a People Advisor Team Manager to lead our case management team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, prioritization, and delivery of case management across Perk, with a focus on performance management, probations, and behavioral issues. You will coach your team, enable managers, raise risks, and ensure the integrity of case documentation.
