As a People Advisor, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day casework across performance, conduct, and policy-related issues. You will be responsible for executing early flags, probation cases, attendance concerns, policy guidance, and formal PIPs. This role requires maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, providing high-quality support to managers, and ensuring consistent application of Perk people policies across the globe.

The People (ER) Advisor is responsible for managing day-to-day casework related to performance, conduct, and policy-related issues. This includes executing early flags, probation cases, attendance concerns, policy guidance, and formal PIPs.
We are looking for candidates with experience in handling multiple Employee Relations (ER) cases on a global remit, a strong understanding of employment law, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
