A Day in the Life

• Risk Assessment: Conducting privacy and AI risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Policy Development: Contributing to the development and maintenance of privacy policies, AI guidelines, and related documentation.
• Tooling Management: Managing our privacy and AI tooling stack, including automation and integrations, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
• Inquiry Handling: Responding to day-to-day privacy inquiries, including data subject rights (DSR) requests, and escalating issues as needed.
• Accountability Activities: Running core accountability activities such as Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs).
• Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Security, Engineering, and Product, to ensure privacy and AI considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Training & Awareness: Assisting in the development and delivery of privacy and AI training programs to promote a culture of awareness and compliance.
• Incident Response: Supporting the Security team in data incident readiness and response efforts.
• Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in privacy and AI regulations, technologies, and best practices.
