Role Overview: Sales Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team by providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of up to 12 SDRs. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll develop and execute strategies that fuel Perk's growth.

Day in the Life

  • Lead and manage up to 12 Sales Development Representatives, driving them to overachieve quarterly targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with team members to ensure continued success and address any challenges.
  • Establish monthly development objectives for the sales team to foster continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee performance through regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs, focusing on skill development and improvement.
  • Identify individual and team training needs and implement effective training programs.
  • Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs, ensuring they are equipped for success.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Perk’s products and services to confidently mentor your team.
