As a Senior Account Manager at Perk, you will be at the forefront of our mission to power real work by transforming how businesses manage travel and spend. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large SMB accounts within the DACH region, helping them streamline their travel and expense management workflows using Perk's innovative platform.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in account management, customer success, and SaaS solutions to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, consulting customers on how to best utilize Perk's unified Travel and Spend capabilities to optimize their expense reconciliation and cost control. You will also be responsible for identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive adoption of our Spend product, including corporate cards, automated invoice processing, and expense management features.
Following our recent acquisition and rebranding, this role now encompasses our fully integrated Travel and Spend ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine hunger to navigate their accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and work hard. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving growth within existing accounts, and contributing to the overall success of Perk.
