• Performing daily bookkeeping tasks and managing areas of the monthly and yearly closings.
• Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy across various companies within the Perk group.
• Ensuring compliance with Spanish GAAP and local tax regulations.
• Implementing and improving internal controls and accounting procedures, particularly for accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in the implementation and optimization of accounting tools and software, such as NetSuite.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve financial processes and support the company's scalability.
• Preparing for and supporting annual audits by compiling necessary documentation.
• Generating financial reports and KPIs for internal stakeholders as needed.
