We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business travelers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and stress-free.   • Work independently to handle client inquiries and provide effective solutions, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate with clients through various channels, including live chat, telephone, and email, ensuring all interactions are professional, friendly, and accurate.
  • Proactively maintain and develop client relationships, offering support and guidance throughout the entire travel process.
  • Provide suitable travel options and suggestions to meet diverse client requirements.
  • Ensure all service level agreements are met and actively manage the Galileo GDS queues.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and quality-checking their work.
