We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Business Travel Consultant to elevate the travel experience for our clients. As a Galileo GDS expert, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Care team, embodying our mission to delight business travelers.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Business Travel Consultant:

• Provide exceptional, 7-star service to business travelers, efficiently managing bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Arrange European and domestic travel, including flights, car rentals, and hotels, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
• Work independently, leveraging your initiative to address client inquiries and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients via live chat, telephone, and email.
• Process travel reservations and modifications for Click Travel customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction and accuracy.
• Proactively nurture and strengthen client relationships by providing comprehensive support throughout their travel journey.
• Offer tailored travel options and recommendations to meet diverse client needs and preferences.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and diligently manage Galileo GDS queues.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, assisting with their questions and ensuring the quality of their work.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and colleagues to uphold a consistently high standard of service.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins with reviewing your assigned Galileo GDS queue, prioritizing urgent requests and ensuring all bookings are progressing smoothly. You'll then engage with clients via live chat and phone, assisting with new bookings, modifications, and cancellations. A significant portion of your day will involve problem-solving – finding creative solutions to complex travel arrangements, navigating airline policies, and ensuring travelers have a stress-free experience. You’ll also dedicate time to mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise and ensuring consistent quality across the team. The day ends with a review of completed tasks and preparation for the next day's challenges.
