As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end travel arrangements for our senior leaders, executives, and high-value corporate clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, as well as providing expert recommendations and handling any travel disruptions that may arise. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless, efficient, and enjoyable.
This role requires a strong background in hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service, as well as a solid understanding of contact center operations. You must be fluent in French (written and spoken) and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. While GDS experience is a plus, it is not mandatory, as we are happy to provide full training to the right candidate.
