About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Group and Events Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating group travel, conferences, and events for our clients. You will work closely with the sales organization to increase awareness of our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) offering and drive new business opportunities.

  • Start your day by reviewing new RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from clients.
  • Work with the sales team to understand client needs and develop customized event proposals.
  • Contact venues and suppliers to negotiate rates and availability.

  • Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
