Role Overview

As a Senior Implementation Specialist at Perk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our SMB customers in Spanish-speaking regions experience a smooth and successful onboarding onto our Travel & Spend platform. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the setup process, configure their accounts to align with their unique policies and workflows, and provide ongoing support to drive adoption and long-term success. You will work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders, including finance, HR, IT, and travel managers, to ensure everyone is aligned and informed throughout the onboarding journey.
