Role Overview

As a Senior Implementation Specialist at Perk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of our SMB customers to our Travel & Spend platform. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, guiding them through the setup process, configuring their accounts, and providing training and support. Your goal will be to ensure that customers are fully equipped to start booking travel and managing expenses from day one, and that they achieve maximum value from our platform.

This role requires a strong understanding of implementation processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Fluency in German is essential, as you will be working with customers primarily in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Experience with Travel and Expense Management systems is highly desirable, as is a general technical curiosity.

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, support) to resolve any technical issues that arise during the onboarding process.
• Provide training to customers on how to use the Perk platform to book travel, manage expenses, and generate reports.
• Monitor customer adoption and usage metrics to identify any areas where customers may need additional support.
• Document onboarding processes and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation team.
• Attend team meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and brainstorm solutions.
