Senior Implementation Specialist (German Speaking) - Perk

Role Overview

As a Senior Implementation Specialist at Perk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of our SMB customers to our Travel & Spend platform. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, guiding them through the setup process, configuring their accounts, and providing training and support. Your goal will be to ensure that customers are fully equipped to start booking travel and managing expenses from day one, and that they achieve maximum value from our platform.

This role requires a strong understanding of implementation processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Fluency in German is essential, as you will be working with customers primarily in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Experience with Travel and Expense Management systems is highly desirable, as is a general technical curiosity.
