Perk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Meetings & Events Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and scale our Meetings & Events (MICE) offering, working at the heart of our sales and account management teams. Role Overview

As the Senior Meetings & Events Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of Perk's largest and most commercially significant MICE opportunities. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end coordination of conferences, meetings, incentive programs, group travel, and corporate events for clients across multiple regions and time zones. This includes leading the RFP process, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

You will also play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, working closely with our sales and account management teams to drive commercial pipeline and identify opportunities to grow spend across Meetings & Events and group travel. Internally, you will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and contribute ideas on how to continuously improve our operations.
