Senior People Partner - Customer Care and Support Functions at Perk

Role Overview

Perk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across our Customer Care and Support Functions to embed ‘Best for Perk’ people strategies, which contribute to our high-performance culture. You will play a critical role in helping us scale our business, integrate new businesses, and evolve how we deliver for our customers.

As a Senior People Partner, you will lead and develop a team of People Partners and collaborate across the People Team to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact in everything we do. You will be a trusted partner to our Customer Care and Support Functions, providing strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders on a variety of HR topics, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

A Day in the Life

  • Start your day by reviewing employee engagement survey results and identifying areas for improvement within the Customer Care team.
