We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Cards team in North America. This role is crucial for tailoring our cards product to the unique needs of the US market. You will partner with a Product Manager and Engineering Manager to deliver a 7-star experience, empowering employees with seamless expense payment while giving admins control and visibility.

• Design for Impact: Create end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile that simplify card management for employees, admins, and finance teams.
• Bring Insights to Life: Transform data, customer feedback, and market research into US-specific design solutions.
• Shape the Vision: Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies.
