Senior Product Designer - Identity at Perk

Role Overview

Perk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Identity team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and seamless user experiences for our identity management platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, conduct user research, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, experience working with design systems, and a passion for creating simple and effective solutions to complex problems. The Identity team is responsible for the foundational systems that ensure every user, role, and permission works seamlessly across Perk. As the Senior Product Designer, you'll have a critical impact in shaping the future of Perk's identity management capabilities, ensuring security, compliance, and a user-friendly experience for all our customers.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Product Designer on the Identity team, your day-to-day activities might include:

  • Conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our users.
  • Collaborating with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features.
