You will lead operational excellence initiatives, identify and solve systemic challenges, and design frameworks that ensure high-performance operations as we scale. You will be the go-to person for coordinating rapid responses to operational crises and will be responsible for optimizing processes using data analysis and AI-driven automation.

• Start your day by reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Payments area and identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Meet with cross-functional teams to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies in the payments process and propose solutions.
• Work with engineers and product managers to implement automation solutions using AI.
• Respond to operational crises and coordinate rapid responses to minimize disruption.
• Design workflows for internal users, such as Finance and Customer Care, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with payments industry regulations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
