Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. In this role, you will be the strategic RevOps leader and primary business partner to Perk’s Global SDR organization, directly supporting North America and European SDR leadership across both Inbound and Outbound prospecting motions.

You will own the SDR RevOps strategy, roadmap, and operating model, ensuring scalable processes, high-quality data, effective prospecting technology, and consistent pipeline generation. This position is critical during a period of significant SDR headcount growth aligned to Perk’s broader growth plan. The successful candidate will be a strong operator and strategic partner who can scale the SDR function through process design, operating cadence, and tooling ownership.

A Day in the Life

As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Meeting with SDR leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Analyzing SDR performance data to identify areas for improvement.
