In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top SMB customers, building strategic partnerships, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. You will work closely with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers to understand their business goals and challenges, and provide consultative support to help them maximize the value of the Perk platform.
