Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is seeking a Senior SMB Account Manager to join our high-growth Account Management Team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be the primary driver of satisfaction, retention, and expansion within our most valuable SMB portfolios. You’ll navigate a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, while also designing frameworks and optimizations that will help our entire team scale.
As a Senior SMB Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top SMB customers, building multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers. You will gain a deep understanding of your customers’ business goals and ensure they maximize the Perk platform while identifying profitable upsell and expansion opportunities.
