About Perk

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we’re on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We’re trusted by more than 10,000 companies worldwide, including Wise, On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we’re tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

At Perk, we’re driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you’re excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we’d love you on the team.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on Business roles at Perk in London, you will be instrumental in scaling our revenue organization across Europe. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our growth by leading end-to-end recruitment for our Sales and GTM functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and revenue leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to drive hiring excellence through data, strong partnerships, and proactive talent engagement. Your primary focus will be on hiring across Sales, Marketing, and other business functions, ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage.

A Day in the Life

On a typical day, you might start by reviewing open roles and prioritizing your recruitment efforts based on business needs. You’ll then dedicate time to proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, industry events, and your professional network. You'll screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage the interview process from start to finish. A significant portion of your day will be spent collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on candidate pipelines. You'll also analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to attract top talent. Furthermore, you’ll be involved in employer branding initiatives, ensuring that Perk's values and culture are effectively communicated to potential candidates.

Why London?

London's strong tech ecosystem also provides access to innovative recruitment tools and practices, allowing you to stay ahead of the curve in talent acquisition.

Career Path

While this is a 6-month fixed-term contract, successful performance can lead to further opportunities within Perk. You could potentially transition into a permanent Talent Acquisition Partner role, taking on additional responsibilities and leading larger recruitment projects. There are also opportunities to specialize in specific areas of talent acquisition, such as employer branding or diversity and inclusion. Perk is committed to providing its employees with opportunities for growth and development, and you’ll be encouraged to pursue your career aspirations within the company.
