Role Overview

As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our workplace environment. Your primary focus will be on our Boston office, supporting approximately 45 employees. However, you will also have the opportunity to support our 39 employees based in Los Angeles and other hubs, requiring occasional travel. This role goes beyond traditional facility maintenance; it's about creating a welcoming, productive, and engaging workplace that fosters collaboration and innovation.

You will report to the Workplace Experience Manager and work closely with various teams to ensure the office meets the needs of our employees. Your critical and analytical mindset, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement, will be essential in identifying and addressing issues, streamlining processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience. We are looking for someone organized, structured, and able to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems with a positive, can-do attitude.

A Day in the Life
