Role Overview

The Experience Leader (ELR) provides exceptional leadership to drive the pet parent experience through culture and strategies. You'll share responsibility for team safety, pet welfare, daily operations, and financial results in our vibrant Alexandria store. This full-time role demands flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, training, and recognition to boost engagement.
  • Store Experience: Oversee services like salon, training, hotel, and adoptions; handle pet parent concerns and ensure pet safety.
  • Business Management: Drive sales, control P&L metrics, manage expenses, and optimize scheduling for growth.
