Role Overview
The Experience Leader (ELR) provides exceptional leadership to drive the pet parent experience, uphold company values, and achieve business results. Share responsibility for team safety, pet welfare, daily operations, and store financial performance in our vibrant Beaufort location.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, training, and recognition to boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, oversee services like salon and hotel, ensure pet safety, and execute events/marketing.
- Business Management: Drive sales, control expenses, monitor P&L, and optimize operations for growth.
Experience & Skills
Bring 3-5 years of retail leadership in a customer-focused setting. Excel in communication, composure under pressure, and computer proficiency. Full-time flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for pets and leadership is key.
