Role Overview

The Experience Leader (ELR) delivers exceptional leadership to drive pet parent satisfaction, store performance, and team engagement. Shared accountability for people safety, pet welfare, operational efficiency, and financial results defines this dynamic role in our Bel Air location.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, training, and recognition to boost engagement.
  • Store Experience: Oversee services (salon, training, hotel, adoptions), handle escalations, ensure pet safety, and lead events/marketing.
  • Business Management: Drive sales, control shrink/expenses, optimize scheduling, and leverage resources for store improvements.

Experience & Skills

Bring 3-5 years of retail leadership in customer-focused settings. Excel in communication, composure under pressure, computer proficiency, and full availability including evenings/weekends/holidays. Passion for pets and proven ability to empower teams are essential.
