Role Overview

The Experience Leader (ELR) delivers exceptional leadership to drive pet parent satisfaction, store performance, and team engagement. Shared accountability for safety, operations, and financial results makes this a dynamic role overseeing services like salon, training, hotel, and adoptions. Full-time position requires schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Recruit, coach, mentor associates; handle grievances, delegate tasks, and foster engagement through recognition and development.
  • Store Experience: Elevate customer interactions, manage services and events, ensure pet health/safety, conduct compliance walks, and uphold brand standards.
  • Business Management: Drive sales, control P&L metrics like shrink and labor, optimize scheduling, and leverage resources for operational excellence.

Experience & Skills

Seeking 3-5 years in retail leadership or customer environments. Key traits: Strong communication, composure under pressure, computer proficiency, passion for pets, and ability to inspire teams toward results.
