Role Overview

The Experience Leader (ELR) provides exceptional leadership to drive pet parent satisfaction, store performance, and team success. Share responsibility for people/pet safety, daily operations, and financial results. This full-time role demands full availability and thrives on coaching associates to deliver outstanding service across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, training, and recognition to boost engagement.
  • Store Experience: Oversee services (salon, training, hotel, adoptions), handle escalations, ensure pet safety, and lead events/marketing.
  • Business Management: Drive sales, control P&L metrics like shrink and expenses, optimize scheduling, and leverage resources for store improvements.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 3-5 years in retail leadership or customer-focused roles. Key skills include team motivation, conflict resolution, operational execution, pet care knowledge, and business acumen. Full-time flexibility required; passion for pets is a plus.
