Role Overview
The Experience Leader (ELR) provides exceptional leadership to drive the pet parent experience, uphold company values, and achieve business results. Share responsibility for store safety, operations, and financial performance in a dynamic pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, training, and recognition to boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, oversee services (salon, training, hotel, adoptions), ensure pet safety, and execute events/marketing.
- Business Management: Drive sales, control shrink/expenses, optimize scheduling, and leverage resources for store improvements.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3-5 years in retail leadership or customer-focused roles. Must have full-time flexibility, computer proficiency, strong communication, and composure under pressure. Passion for pets and leadership excellence required.
