Role Overview
As Assistant Store Manager - Customer Experience (Experience Leader), you'll provide exemplary leadership to drive pet parent satisfaction, store performance, and pet safety. Share responsibility for operations, team development, and financial results in a dynamic pet retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, training, and recognition to boost engagement.
- Store Experience: Oversee services like salon, training, hotel, adoptions; handle escalations, events, and compliance checks.
- Business Management: Drive sales, control expenses, monitor P&L, and optimize productivity.
Experience & Skills
Seeking 3-5 years in retail leadership with full availability. Key skills include team motivation, customer focus, pet safety knowledge, operational efficiency, and business acumen. Proficiency in MS Office required.
