Role Overview
As Assistant Store Manager - Customer Experience (Experience Leader), you'll provide exceptional leadership to drive pet parent satisfaction, uphold company values, and achieve business results. Share responsibility for store safety, operations, and financial success in a pet-loving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, coach, mentor associates; manage labor, training, and grievances; foster engagement through recognition and events.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions (in-person, phone, online); oversee salon, training, hotel, adoptions; ensure pet safety and conduct monthly compliance walks.
- Business Management: Drive sales, control shrink and expenses; optimize scheduling and productivity; leverage resources for store improvements.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3-5 years retail leadership in customer-focused settings. Key skills include team motivation, pet care knowledge, operational execution, and full-time flexibility. Passion for pets and strong problem-solving essential.
