Role Overview

As Experience Leader (ELR), deliver exceptional leadership to drive pet parent experiences, uphold company vision, and achieve results. Share responsibility for safety, operations, and financial outcomes in a dynamic pet retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Recruit, hire, coach associates; manage development, recognition, labor, and grievances; delegate tasks and ensure pet safety.
  • Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, oversee services (salon, training, hotel), events, marketing; maintain standards, conduct safety walks, handle pet emergencies.
  • Business Management: Drive sales, control P&L, expenses, scheduling; leverage resources for operations and growth.

Experience & Skills

Require 3-5 years retail leadership, full availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), computer proficiency, strong communication, composure under pressure. Passion for pets and customer focus essential.
