Role Overview

The Experience Leader (ELR) provides exceptional leadership to drive pet parent satisfaction, uphold company values, and achieve store goals. This full-time role shares responsibility for team safety, operational efficiency, and financial performance in our vibrant Toronto location.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop associates; manage labor, training, and recognition programs; address grievances and ensure alignment with company priorities.
  • Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, oversee services (salon, training, hotel, adoptions), conduct monthly services walks, and respond to pet health issues.
  • Business Management: Drive sales, control expenses, manage P&L metrics, and collaborate with services teams to grow the business.

Experience & Skills

Seeking candidates with 3-5 years in retail leadership or customer-focused roles. Key skills include team motivation, pet safety knowledge, operational execution, and full-time flexibility. Passion for pets and strong problem-solving are essential.
