Role Overview
The Experience Leader (ELR) provides exceptional leadership to drive the pet parent experience through culture and strategy. Share responsibility for team safety, pet welfare, daily operations, and financial results in our vibrant Uniontown store.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Recruit, interview, hire, coach associates; manage reviews, training, onboarding, and grievances; delegate tasks and ensure pet safety protocols.
- Store Experience: Lead pet parent interactions, oversee services (salon, training, hotel, day camp), events, adoptions; conduct monthly services walks and handle pet emergencies.
- Business Management: Drive sales, control shrink and expenses, optimize labor scheduling, leverage resources for store improvements.
Experience & Skills
Seeking candidates with 3-5 years retail leadership in customer-focused settings. Full-time flexibility required (evenings, weekends, holidays). Excel in computer apps, communication, and composure under pressure. Passion for pets and leadership a must.
