Role Overview
As a Distribution Center Supervisor in Longmont, CO, oversee 40-hour weekly operations in Inventory & Receiving (3-5 team), Ecommerce/Pick & Pack (up to 10 team), or Wholesale Distribution (3-5 team). Drive service excellence, safety, and sustainability while partnering cross-functionally.
Inventory & Receiving Supervisor
Key stakeholder for inventory control, collaborating with purchasing and accounting.
Ecommerce/Pick & Pack Supervisor
Ensure daily ecommerce SLAs, working with marketing and customer care.
Wholesale Distribution Supervisor
Maintain wholesale standards, partnering with purchasing, accounting, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver area-specific service level standards
- Build strong teams with daily management and #1 safety focus
- Manage direct report performance
- Advance sustainability in environment, employees, and community
Experience & Skills
Require 5+ years direct experience, 2+ years management, Associate Degree preferred, 70lb lift capacity, computer familiarity, reliability, and teamwork. Thrive in a supportive, pet-loving environment promoting from within.

- Conduct performance management for direct reports
- Collaborate with purchasing, accounting, marketing, customer care, and external partners
