Role Overview
As a full-time Distribution Warehouse Associate on afternoon/evening shifts (e.g., Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am), you'll rotate through dynamic roles in our state-of-the-art facility. Enjoy career pathing, team bonuses, and referral rewards up to $2000 plus paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately using automated WMS into totes and conveyors.
- Stock modules and reserve locations with cherry pickers and stockers.
- Unload trailers, scan inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets.
- Load trailers to maximize capacity and ensure order accuracy.
- Collaborate in a high-volume warehouse supporting PetSmart stores nationwide.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level opportunity requiring passion for pets and people. Preferred: high school diploma. Essential: ability to lift 50lbs, bend/twist/reach, stand/walk 10-12 hours, operate equipment (training provided), and follow instructions via headset. Thrive in varying temperatures/noise.

- Stock products into modules or reserve locations using cherry pickers
- Receive and unload trailers, scan inventory, sort SKUs
- Load trailers accurately to optimize capacity
- Alternate between various warehouse roles in a fast-paced environment
