Role Overview
As a Distribution Warehouse Associate - Afternoon/Evening, you'll work full-time shifts like Monday-Thursday 4pm-2:30am, with shift differentials. Rotate through roles like picker/packer, stocker, receiver/unloader, and loader in a fast-paced warehouse supporting pet retail stores nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick store-specific products from modules into totes or conveyors and pack larger items on pallets using automated WMS.
- Stock handpicked products into designated modules or reserve locations with cherry pickers.
- Unload trailers, scan products into inventory, and sort mixed SKU pallets for replenishment.
- Load trailers accurately to maximize capacity and ensure order integrity.
- Maintain safety standards while operating equipment like reach trucks, standups, and pushcarts.
Experience & Skills
Entry-level role requiring passion for pets, ability to follow instructions (written/oral/headset), lift 50 lbs, bend/twist/push/pull, and stand/walk 10-12 hours. High school diploma preferred. Training provided for powered equipment. Thrive in varied temperatures and noise.
